Accommodation
Currently, two cozy houses with a view of the lagoon, which have a bunk bed (two-seater at the bottom, single-seater at the top), a fold-out sofa (“one and a half” places) are rented. There is a toilet. Guest kitchenette is separate, 20 meters away. The cottages have a terrace where you can relax and admire the mesmerizing view of the lagoon. The cottage can accommodate 3-5 people (3 adults, 2 children).
We give bed linen and towels.
We also have a double treehouse with a panoramic view of the lagoon and the Dead Dunes (amenities separately, 70 meters away, there is a shower, toilet and kitchenette where you can cook for a meal. There is a refrigerator).
In the ancient apple orchard you can build a tent, there is space for campers or residential trailers.
Satavi rules
Welcome to the Satavi homestead, in the creation of which we discover meaning, peace, integrity with Nature.
We hope that you too will experience this when you are guests. In order for life here to flow smoothly,
we share the order guidelines that we follow:
1. Take a deep breath, exhale – You are, and this is a miracle!
2. Look around, notice love and care, leave the space after yourself even more beautiful. After all,
it’s that simple!
3. Listen, blend into the general stream of sounds, do not be louder than birds or the wind, especially during
the night’s rest hours (23:00-07:00).
4. Smell the smell of grass, forest, lagoon. Smokers don’t fit here… But if the need to smoke is strong –
do it outside the farmstead (do not forget to check the direction of the wind).
5. Feel the taste of life in the present, in this moment. Alcohol or other intoxicants completely
eliminate it… So, intoxicants are contraindicated in the farmstead.
6. You are welcome! If we have the opportunity on the day of arrival, we will be happy to welcome you from the very morning, but
if the guests before that have not yet left – we will prepare the room by 15 pm. Departure – until 12 noon,
but if there are no other guests that day – you can stay until the evening. In both cases, negotiate with

7. The homestead is owned not only by birds or wind, but also by a squad of domestic four-legged ones. When they
look with their beautiful eyes at you eating, it seems that they have been starving for a week… But that’s just
how it looks – they really get food :). Well, human treats are not suitable for them at all – so
do not feed them!
8. Various events are held in the Satavi dome, so do not be surprised – sometimes a lot of people appear on the
territory. You can also participate in most events. Information about them – on the Facebook
account “Satavi Kintai”. You can also book a private session.
9. In the homestead we rent bicycles, skateboards, paddleboards or kayak.
