Yoga Exercise 

Meditative Integrated Yoga exercise is a very calm yoga that is suitable for every person, regardless of their age or physical fitness. Asanas (stretching exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises) gently move the body, calm the mind, release the remaining tensions, fill you with peace and the pleasure of just being.

Individual yoga session. If you want individual customization, yoga can be practiced only for you. During the individual session, we work only with you, give detailed attention, show and explain, and individually adapt the exercises.

 

At the moment, group exercise does not take place, only individual sessions are possible. 

Kundalini Yoga 

Kundalini yoga is a breathing technique and meditation without movement. This yoga awakens the kundalini energy in the body and raises it upwards. A person becomes energetic, creative, healthy. Kundalini is a primordial vital energy that can change consciousness and heal, as well as open up our hidden abilities and talents. 

Rebuffing

The session of conscious breathing, also known as “Rebefing”, is a journey into such a space of its own, and at the same time not yet explored at all – to itself. Safely, without rushing, step by step, we will immerse ourselves in the repository of the subconscious, where all our emotional experience is accumulated, even the one we do not remember… Little by little, we will experience our true nature, our meaning, we will release our repressed emotions – after all, it makes us behave differently from what we want with its silences, when we do not stop eating when we are full, when we are tired we are still browsing social networks instead of sleeping, when we promise to be patient we hug our neighbor… Conscious breathing is a continuous practice. Liberation comes slowly – after all, we have been accumulating negative emotions in ourselves for so long, and we were afraid to express our feelings…

Conscious breathing individual session – for one person, adapting to their individual pace and needs, or for several people – for a circle of friends or family. 

A conscious breathing session in the air is an individual breathing session while a person is lying in a hammock.

Nidra Yoga 

Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep. It is a deep relaxation practice that achieves a state between sleep and wakefulness. You just need to sit comfortably on the mat, close your eyes and dive into “sleep”. Nidra yoga helps release tension and stress and provides deep rest. It does not require any preparation, it cannot be done wrongly. It’s a great way to relax and learn to know yourself better. 

Yoga Nidra takes place on Tuesdays, 18:30, with live sound.

Leela

Lila’s game was designed as a tool to understand the relationship of the individual self to the Absolute. Played consciously, Lila allows the player to identify with the illusion that his personality is stable and unchanging. It gives you the opportunity to see your life as an expression of the macrocosm. 

During the game, we go through different boxes on the game board. Each cell has a name that reflects the inner state and also the level of consciousness. Each title awakens the mind and stimulates the player’s consciousness to contemplate and reflect on the concept behind the title, as long as it stands in that box. After a few minutes of play, the game board begins to play with the player’s mind and intellect – as well as with his ego, strong sense of identity, and the player’s “I”.

The real task in the game is to recognize your states of consciousness, reactions, the principle of action and reaction. During the game, you can recognize that our life is the scene where Lila – the divine karma game takes place.

Duration – about 4 hours.
