Gongs
Take part in a bathing of the sounds of mystical gongs and other intuitive instruments. Gongs release tensions at all levels and help you feel renewed, rested, and release accumulated tensions. Sound helps to move stagnant energy in both physical and subtle human bodies, expands consciousness and calms the mind.
Gongs take place on Thursdays, 18:30. Price – 12 EUR per person. If you can’t afford that much at the moment, call us – we will find a solution.
Sound massage
Sound massage is a personal, individually performed hour-long massage of Tibetan singing pelvis. Crystal singing bowls and gongs gently massage the tensions left in the body, stuck emotions with their sounds, help to get rid of unnecessary “baggage”, calm the mind. All this helps to activate the self-healing mode.
